We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll be essential in keeping our customers’ equipment and vehicles operating ’ll work in a supportive environment with clear opportunities for career growth and advancement as we continue to expand.
What You’ll DoTroubleshooting:
Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other standard components.Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections independently, following manufacturer and customer requirements.Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality control and product integrity.Health & Safety:
Act responsibly to prevent injuries, follow safety regulations, use protective equipment, report incidents, and promote a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred but not mandatory.Experience level: 4+ years diesel experience OR 6+ years auto experience OR a mixture of both.
Tools:
Must provide personal hand tools; specialized tools and diagnostic equipment are provided.Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, plus proficiency with mobile devices and relevant applications.Safety & Quality:

Hourly pay range of $25–$38, based on experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr. They offer three different medical plans with UHC (1 HSA plan and two traditional plans), there is cost sharing as well, for Employee Only TCR covers 80% of the monthly premium, for EE+ 1 or EE + Family TCR covers 65%. Delta is through Delta Dental And Vision is through UHC.
It's a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, PTO, paid sickness leave, and the provision of all PPE. Also provides employees with long and short term disability and life insurance at no cost. Additional life insurance can also be purchased through Lincoln.
This is a fully onsite position in Boston, MA.
