** What You’ll Do
*** Diagnose, service, and repair
** residential HVAC systems
*** Handle
** service calls, maintenance, and warranty work
*** Work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment
* Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
* Recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate—
** not sales-driven
**** What you need to succeed:
*** Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience
* ** EPA Universal Certification
*** Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
* Ability to work independently while being part of a team
