Service Technician

Description We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Service Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing security systems, ensuring their optimal performance. This role involves working with a variety of technologies including Access Control, Alarm Systems, CCTV, Integrated hardware, Intercom systems, and Programming.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of security systems to identify and resolve issues

- Maintain and repair access control systems, ensuring their optimal functionality

- Regularly update and maintain customer records in the system

- Perform programming tasks as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of security systems

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in security systems

- Adhere to OSHA 10-Hour safety regulations in all tasks

- Work with integrated hardware and intercom systems to ensure seamless security operations

- Install and maintain CCTV and alarm systems according to customer needs. Requirements

- Demonstrated proficiency in Access Control

- Proven experience with Alarm Systems

- Proficiency in CCTV operations and maintenance

- Familiarity with Integrated hardware

- Experience with Intercom systems

- OSHA 10-Hour certification is required

- Strong Programming skills

- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Security systems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
