Experienced commercial cooking equipment technician needed. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, field service, and supporting commercial kitchens when equipment goes down. Prior hot-side experience and on-call readiness are expected.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more

* Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion

* Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers

* Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams

* Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations

* Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite

* Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory

* Completing required documentation and attending training sessions

* Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

* Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment in the field

* Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills

* Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions

* Ready to join the on-call rotation shortly after onboarding

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Dependable, punctual, and well-organized

* Professional appearance and attitude

* Must be 18 years of age

* Successful completion of background check and drug screen

* Driving record that meets company safety standards
