Massachusetts General Hospital - - Responsibilities:
Respond to emergencies and routine maintenance including Code Red/Code Triage, flooding, and electrical failures;
Perform repairs on mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment and plumbing within scope of codes;
Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical and fire protection systems;
Manage work orders and complete at least 80% of work orders within 60 days
