Maloney Properties LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Allston/Brighton Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and custodial duties. The position requires availability for emergency on-call service and a valid Driver's License with vehicle access.
The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, with previous maintenance experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
