Maint Superintendent (Onsite Living Required)

Maintenance Superintendent – Onsite Living + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance operations for a residential property that has over 106 units with a full-time Maintenance Technician, and third-party cleaning staff, rotation on call once a month.

This is a live-on-site opportunity, and the selected candidate will receive an onsite apartment (electricity included) along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

This hands‑on leadership role ensures the property is safe, well maintained, and inspection‑ready while supervising staff and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance staff and third-party vendors

Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs

Manage preventative maintenance and work orders

Prepare units for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections

Oversee unit turns, capital projects, and seasonal maintenance

Participate in an emergency on-call rotation

Manage inventory, vendor contracts, and maintenance logs

Qualifications:

Strong multifamily or residential maintenance experience

3-5 years supervisory experience required

Broad technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call rotation

Valid driver’s license required

$28/hour

$1,000 sign-on bonus
