The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Lead / Foreman / Field Manager to oversee crews in the installation of commercial, industrial, and specialty flooring systems, including concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, polished concrete, and other specialized flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the field and the ability to manage job sites efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage flooring crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Oversee installation of flooring systems, including epoxy, urethane, polished concrete, and other specialty coatings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and resolve job site challenges.
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial flooring, concrete coatings, or specialty flooring.
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Field Manager preferred.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, coatings application, and finishing techniques.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and job site safety protocols.
  • Ability to operate flooring equipment such as grinders, polishers, and shot blasters.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
