Basic purpose of this work is to repair and maintain electrical, heating, and plumbing systems and equipment at recreation facilities.
Responsibilities- Inspect recreation facilities to determine the need for repair work and either recommend or perform minor electrical, heating, plumbing, and equipment repairs to ensure safety and maximum operating efficiency.
- Review blueprints, plans, schematics, and technical manuals for maintenance purposes.
- Operate hand and power tools, pumps and generators, filter plants, and associated equipment in connection with repair work.
- Perform related duties such as picking up supplies needed for maintenance and repair work.
- 2 years of experience required in related work; 3 years preferred.
- Massachusetts driver’s license may be required.
