• 3 years professional/commercial landscape construction experience.
• 3 years professional/commercial lawn maintenance experience.
• 3 years professional/commercial irrigation experience, installing and troubleshooting.
• 3 years professional/commercial snow removal experience including equipment such as plows and snow blowers.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
• Valid Mass Hoisting License, minimum 2B.
• Knowledge of planting, trimming and pruning using hand or power equipment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and maintenance equipment such as mowers and chainsaws.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors continuously.
• Ability to speak, read, understand, and write fluently in English.
• Required to drive throughout the university to work areas by use of university vehicles.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures.
