Position:
Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in the restoration industry and a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and tools.
Responsibilities- Execute carpentry projects according to blueprints or schematics
- Perform stucco, siding, and concrete forming tasks
- Install flooring and hang doors with precision
- Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion
- Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in restoration projects
- Proficiency in flooring installation, siding, and door hangings
- Experience working in a commercial setting for at least 2 years
- Completion of punch lists
- Additional handyman type activities skills
- Previous construction site experience
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Pay: $35-45 per hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule- Monday to Friday
