Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital mechanical systems;
Provide first response to equipment and system issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC;
Respond to emergencies during off hours as needed;
Participate in snow removal and maintain records of maintenance activities;
Maintain documentation and written reports as part of daily routine
