Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, chillers, boilers, and thermostats;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
Respond promptly to work orders, alarms, and emergency maintenance requests;
Operate and monitor building automation systems (BMS/BAS such as Metasys);
Document all maintenance activities accurately in CMMS in compliance with GMP standards
