Job Responsibilities- Perform hands‑on maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, POS systems, and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot technical issues with restaurant equipment to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep detailed maintenance logs
- Respond quickly to equipment failures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Self‑initiated certification in relevant technical field (HVAC, electrical, food service equipment, etc.)
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- Previous technical role tenure of at least 23 months showing stability and growth
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
