We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, maintenance, and overall functionality of multiple retail and convenience store locations on the North Shore. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong experience in light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general interior/exterior facility upkeep who can prioritize work across a multi-unit environment.

* * The Maintenance Technician will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail and convenience store locations, helping ensure each site remains fully functional, well maintained, and aligned with company standards.## ##
** Responsibilities
* ** Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations
* Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
* Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution
* Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
* Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
* Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
* Support store operations to ensure facilities remain fully functional
* Participate in on-call rotation for urgent needs## ##
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience REQUIRED
* Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred##

* ** Strong skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record## ##
