Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations for one of our residential communities. This full-time, in-person role requires strong supervisory skills and proven maintenance expertise across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
You will manage staff, coordinate vendors, oversee repairs, and ensure safety, regulatory readiness, and quality workmanship. The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
