Perform routine preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, such as press brake, shears, and automated machinery;
Diagnose malfunctions and operating errors, utilizing diagnostic equipment and schematics to get machinery running safely and efficiently;
Inspect individual parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, and gauges);
Assist with the installation, start-up, and fine-tuning of new equipment;
Record daily activities using maintenance software and digital reporting tools
