Industrial Maintenance Technician

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading Company located in the Boston/Charlestown, MA surrounding area.

Join a nationwide industry leader in recycling and waste solutions. We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our plant equipment - mainly conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, and sorters - running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities  :

+  Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Conveyors, Shredders, Balers, Compactors, and Sorters - the equipment that keeps our operation moving.

+  Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.

+  Work mainly in the facility on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.  

+  Keep equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready.

Basic Hiring Criteria  :

+  Minimum 5 or more years of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repair.

+  Flexible, team-oriented problem solver who values safety.

+  Welding, hydraulic, or forklift skills are not required - but all are valuable and a definite plus (no certs required; MA Hoisting License can be earned on the job).
