Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment;
Perform preventive maintenance on air handling units, rooftop units, VAV systems, split systems, heat pumps, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and fans;
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and sequence-of-operations;
Test electrical components including motors, contractors, relays, transformers, VFDs, sensors, and controls;
Coordinate with building management and other trades to minimize operational disruptions
