Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Amory Terrace, a 64-unit affordable housing community in Roxbury, Boston, MA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, offices, grounds and parking lots, contributing to resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
The role offers a pay range of $21.25-$23.37 per hour and requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades along with good communication. On-call may be required.
