Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will also maintain common areas, grounds, and perform preventative tasks as needed.
Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime pay and performance incentives are available.
