Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is seeking a Welder/Mechanic to perform fabrication, maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment at the Charlestown depot.
You will read blueprints, operate welding and cutting equipment, and coordinate with engineers. Overtime for snow/ice operations and emergencies is required; MA driver’s license and arc welding certification preferred.
