Service Technician​/Mechanic - GSE​/Diesel (Boston, MA)

Opportunity

TCR North America is growing fast and looking for a skilled, motivated Service Technician/Mechanic – GSE/Diesel to join our Boston, MA team. The role involves maintaining maximum availability and performance of vehicles and equipment, ensuring customers' equipment is always ready for operation.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other standard electrical components.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections independently, following manufacturer and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining rigorous quality control and product integrity.
• Act responsibly to prevent injuries, adhere to safety regulations, use safety equipment appropriately, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.

• Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Personal hand tools; TCR supplies specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Solid understanding of essential safety, quality, and operational protocols.
