What You'll Be Doing:System diagnostics and troubleshooting, seasonal tune-ups and inspections, refrigerant handling and recharge, filter and component replacements, thermostat installs, air handler and condenser repairs, and full system installs across residential properties in Greater Boston.
What a Day Looks Like:You log in, review jobs matched to your certifications and location, and claim what fits. Clients are pre-screened, job details are clear before you arrive, and your payout is logged automatically after ops sign-off.
How Payouts Work:Specialist-tier hourly rate for certified techs. Materials logged separately and reimbursed. Direct deposit every Friday.
What you'll need- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid Massachusetts HVAC/Refrigeration License
- Reliable transportation and full tool kit
- Pass background check and license verification
- Complete trade assessment prior to activation
