HVAC Service Technician

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric seeks an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system start-ups for heating and cooling equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues using appropriate tools and meters
• Explain repair options, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient upgrades to customers
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service tickets
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and company standards while working in customers' homes
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedules and priorities
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs
