HVAC Repair Technician

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking an HVAC Repair Technician to service residential and light commercial customers. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, perform tune-ups, and ensure safe, code-compliant operation. You'll explain findings and options to customers, provide courteous in-home service, and document all work. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and related components
• Test system performance, refrigerant levels, and electrical connections
• Follow all safety, code, and company standards while working in homes
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations to customers
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training
