Our workforce consists of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Finance, and C‑Level Professionals.

This is a full time, permanent role with RTI's client in the Mid‑Eastern USA.

• W2 Candidates Only
• Able to in‑person interview, (after a technical phone screen)

There are 3 levels of this position and 3 locations:
Boston area, DC area, and Virginia.

• Climbing and working at heights on average of 300 feet
• Reporting to the Tower Tophand when Foreman is not on site
• Willing to do short term travel (2‑10 days);
  Training/development and career pathing is provided by employer

• 0‑12 months of tower climbing and cellular experience
• Construction experience
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, reliability and a team mentality is an absolute must
• References are required
• Pass preliminary and random drug screening, criminal background check and driving background check.
