Commercial Technician

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Door Technician in Rockland, MA. Experience with commercial doors including roll‑up, high‑speed doors, dock equipment or similar trades in the commercial construction industry is required.

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware, including roll‑up doors known as dock doors, high‑speed rolling doors, and commercial entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Operate safely while performing job duties.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred).
• Experience in a similar role or one that required mechanical aptitude (preferred).
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

$53,937 – $80,905 USD.
