• Installing and programming intrusion, access control, CCTV, and/or fire systems depending on experience level
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in the field, from basic zone faults to complex network and integration problems
• Working independently on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Delivering clean, code-compliant installs and accurate service documentation

• Active MA D license or CT C6 license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to work independently
• Reliable, professional, and customer-facing
