Full-Time | Commercial Facilities | 24/7 Operations
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician / Mechanic to join our facilities maintenance team.
Pay: $30–$45+ per hour
, based on experience, technical ability, certifications, licenses, and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
This is a hands‑on position for a technician who can diagnose problems, make repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and take ownership of a work order from start to finish.
Our team supports critical client facilities where timely response, quality workmanship, communication, and reliability are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Respond to HVAC service calls and work orders
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot HVAC controls and electrical/mechanical issues
- Identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective action
- Maintain accurate service and equipment records
- Use a CMMS/electronic work-order system
- Communicate job status with supervisors, clients, contractors, and other technicians
- Assist with general facility maintenance when needed
- Respond to emergency and after‑hours calls when required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Universal / Section 608 certification – REQUIRED
- OSHA 10 certification – REQUIRED
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
- Working knowledge of HVAC controls and basic electrical/mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass applicable background and drug screening
Experience with:
- Commercial HVAC systems
- Rooftop units
- Split systems
- Heat pumps
- Boilers
- HVAC controls
- Exhaust and ventilation systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- CMMS/work-order systems
- Commercial, industrial, institutional, or airport facilities
Additional experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or other building maintenance trades is a plus.

Our facilities operate 24/7.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional emergency/after‑hours calls based on operational requirements.

COMPENSATION$35–$45+ per hour
Highly qualified candidates with exceptional experience, certifications/licenses, troubleshooting ability, and broad mechanical/facilities knowledge may be considered above the posted range.
