We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician in Boston, MA and surrounding areas.

We are a fast-growing mechanical contracting company that is committed to the telecom industry. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work with very little supervision.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or maintenance
• Install, service, and repair a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Two plus years of experience servicing and maintaining Wall mounted, Split and package A/C units. Must be able to pass a background and driving record check.
