Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P Mechanic)

Mitiguy Aviation is hiring a full-time A&P mechanic to join our growing operation at Minute Man Air Field (6B6) in Stow, Massachusetts.

We operate a busy flight-school fleet consisting primarily of Cessna 172s and Piper Warriors. This position will focus on keeping our aircraft safe, compliant, and available while helping us develop an efficient, professional in-house maintenance operation.

• Perform 50-hour and 100-hour inspections
• Assist with annual inspections and regulatory compliance
• Diagnose and repair aircraft discrepancies
• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Complete oil changes, tire and brake service, spark-plug maintenance, and other routine work
• Maintain accurate logbook entries, work orders, and maintenance records
• Research applicable Airworthiness Directives, service bulletins, and manufacturer guidance
• Coordinate parts requirements and aircraft downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accountable shop environment
• Work closely with management, pilots, and flight instructors to minimize aircraft downtime

• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate
