What you will have an opportunity to do:

The dynamic Maintenance Technician will be responsible for independently managing and executing all HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and other maintenance operations at our Luxury Resort. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this essential role requires the ability to efficiently handle rapid response requests. The role will involve skilled multi-trade repairs, preventive maintenance, strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a high-end hospitality environment.

Primary responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician role will include but not limited to the following:
· Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and wall vinyl repairs across guest rooms and public areas.
· Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
· Inspect and service critical building systems, including HVAC units, boilers, chillers, and electrical panels.
· Implement upgrades to improve the efficiency and performance of existing systems.
