The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.08 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional nights and weekends and flexibility to accommodate these extended hours.
This is a hybrid position with an office located in Woburn, MA, servicing homes in neighboring communities. Mileage reimbursement is paid for travel outside your normal commute.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Resources Case Manager to support our therapeutic foster care program. In this role, you will recruit, assess, select, train, license, and re-license therapeutic foster homes. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has a strong understanding of the Massachusetts foster care system, and brings solid case management experience. This position involves actively recruiting foster families, ensuring homes remain in compliance with licensing standards, supporting the re-licensing process, and conducting regular home visits throughout neighboring communities, including Lawrence, Taunton, Lynn, Fall River, Brockton, Billerica, and Dracut.
The candidate should be highly organized, knowledgeable about foster care procedures and programs, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. A compassionate, supportive, and culturally responsive approach is essential to success in this role.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families
- Virtual Gateway knowledge (preferred)
- Must have a valid Social Work license, or obtain within 6 months of hire (minimum level is LSWA)
- Must be able to attend new hire paid orientation on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., in Rutland, MA
