Responsibilities

The Multi‑Site Resident Services Coordinator supports residents at two family communities in Boston, MA: 41 LaGrange Apartments (126 units) and Methunion Manor Cooperative (149 units). The role rotates Monday and Tuesday at Methunion Manor, Wednesday-Friday at 41 LaGrange, with work hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and occasional evening hours for special events.

Primary duties include providing information on community resources, assisting residents in accessing those resources, networking and building partnerships with local agencies, coordinating community activities, developing and facilitating programming for diverse populations, and performing administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

A BA or higher in Public or Community Health, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Counseling, or a related field, or significant relevant work experience is required. Preferred experience includes resident services, work with formerly homeless populations, community programming, cross‑agency networking, and partnership development.

Proficiency with MS Office is required. Knowledge of Resident Connect/PANGEA software is a plus. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Chinese are a plus. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $78,000 depending on experience.
