Pay rate: $25.50 per hour

Location: Lawrence, MA - fully onsite

Duration: 6 month role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Placement Specialist to help families experiencing homelessness secure stable housing and access community resources. This role combines housing search assistance, case management, client advocacy, and community outreach.

• Develop and monitor individualized rehousing plans with families
• Assist clients with housing searches, applications, landlord communication, and apartment viewings
• Connect families with housing resources, subsidies, and supportive services
• Help clients overcome barriers to housing, including credit, CORI, and financial challenges
• Provide move-in support and resource coordination
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation and team meetings

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience
• Experience in case management, housing services, or human services preferred
• Knowledge of resources for families experiencing homelessness
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet clients in the community
