Hours:

7:00am to 3:30pm;
Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

+ Perform animal husbandry tasks, including providing food and water to animals

+ Evaluate animal health and assess animals for behavioral problems

+ Support research activities by providing research support services

+ Maintain facility sanitation and perform routine maintenance

+ Assist with scheduled weekend support once trained

+ Participate in facility tours for suitable candidates after resume review

Requirements

+ Minimum of High School Diploma

+

Experience with care of animals (mice and rats)

+ Minimal animal handling experience

+ Willing to consider recent graduates interested in working with animals and in a lab setting
