Student Worker

Are you curious to build experience in a global organization and work to help children thrive and learn through play? We are seeking a student worker who values teamwork, quality and fun in their everyday life!

Core Responsibilities
  • Program Support:
    Assist in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, as well as supporting employee volunteer programs and local outreach efforts.
  • Communications:
    Help draft content for internal and external communications, supporting employee volunteering, CSR storytelling, and community partner engagement.
  • Data Collection and Management:
    Collect, run, and analyze data related to CSR programs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Continuously supervise and report on the impact of social responsibility programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Support coordination with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other collaborators, and assist in addressing inquiries related to CSR efforts.
  • Administrative and Logistical Tasks:
    Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, handle partner product donation process, and help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.

The role will support the Social Responsibility team in mobilizing employee engagement and volunteer opportunities to help bring the power of play to children and families in the areas where our employees live and work. The position will advance local community engagement activities in Boston and other U.S. locations while supporting partner organizations to ensure smooth collaboration and successful program delivery.

This role will be instrumental in supporting Play Day 2026 and delivering on our overall community impact!

  • Strong team collaboration skills.

  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and executing events.
  • Positive demeanor with a dedication to continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with the Boston area nonprofit landscape is advantageous.

Hybrid working model

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best roducing a flexible way of working is a great example of how we live up to our ambition. This 3 day in the office hybrid model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $0.00 - 41.70 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
