ResponsibilitiesThe Resident Services Coordinator will join a team responsible for a community of mixed‑income family housing (102 units) in Boston’s historic Charlestown neighborhood. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with some evening hours for special events. Your primary focus is to provide information on community‑based resources and assist the resident population in accessing those resources. You will network, collaborate, and build partnerships with the local and extended community to bring additional services and support to the residents.
Additionally, you will serve as the community’s activities coordinator, developing and facilitating various types of programming for a range of populations and needs.
Previous experience providing resident services in family housing is preferred. Experience developing activities and programming is a plus. Experience with cross agency networking/collaboration and building partnerships. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required. MS Office experience is required. Bilingual in English/Sanish is required with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel between properties.

Salary Range: $65, depending on previous experience.
