Boston Senior Home Care is seeking a Supportive Housing Tenant Resource Counselor (Bilingual English/Mandarin Cantonese) to support on-site resident services. The role coordinates with housing partners, assists with appointments, translations, referrals, and activities to help residents age in place.
The incumbent will work closely with Property Managers/Resident Services Coordinators, identify tenants needing Home Care or other services, and help resolve tenancy issues to prevent eviction.
