Care Path Family Initiative is seeking dedicated volunteer mentors to support youth ages 5–18 in Greater Boston. As a Care Path Mentor, you will build a consistent, trusting relationship with a young person — meeting regularly to provide guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement as they navigate school, family, and personal challenges.
What You’ll Do- Meet with your mentee 2–4 times per month (in-person or virtual)
- Participate in structured activities and goal-setting sessions
- Attend mentor orientation and ongoing training provided by Care Path
- Communicate regularly with your Care Path program coordinator
- Adults 18+ with a genuine commitment to youth development
- Reliable, patient, and culturally responsive
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Must pass a background check
You’ll receive full onboarding, training, and ongoing support from our program team. Your time directly impacts a young person’s stability, confidence, and future.
