Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Housing First Coordinator to join our Homeless Services Division. You will provide person-centered, strengths-based case management to adults transitioning to housing, guided by a Housing First model and a focus on long-term housing stability, financial independence, and emotional well‑being.
Role requires working onsite at the office and in the field, with Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm scheduling.
