Victory Programs seeks a Housing Stabilization Case Manager to provide housing search, advocacy and stabilization support through the Unsheltered Initiative in Boston. The role reports to the Program Director of Paths to Victory and serves clients at our South End office and in the community.
Responsibilities include coordinating housing options, liaising with landlords, assisting with CoC voucher participation, and delivering weekly case management to promote stable housing and health outcomes.
