Housing Support Case Manager, Temporary, Part-time

• Facilitate case transfer and provide stabilization services
• Monitor, manage, and triage all inquiries made to the Housing Support line
• Assist in onboarding and training for new Co-op cohort
• Provide housing stabilization services to clients, including eviction prevention
• Maintain accurate records of all client work
• Act as a liaison between clients and various agencies
• Attend weekly supervision, team meetings, and other required meetings

• High school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in housing search, housing retention, and case management
• Openness to harm reduction philosophy
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Google office suites and Internet use
• CPR certified (may be obtained upon hire)
• Complete TB screening (may be obtained upon hire)
• Three strong work-related professional references; at least 2 from manager or supervisor

Demonstrates expertise in housing stabilization services, including eviction prevention and case management, while effectively communicating and collaborating with clients and agencies. Proficient in maintaining accurate records and utilizing computer skills for documentation and communication.
