QualificationsQualifications include a master’s degree in social work or related field (preferred), 2-4 years of youth case management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with housing assistance and skill-based group facilitation.
They should possess strong communication skills, cultural competency, and flexibility to work in diverse settings and outside regular hours.
