Horizons for Homeless Children is seeking a Family Coaching Specialist to partner with parents in Roxbury, MA, providing strength-based, culturally inclusive coaching to support families as they move out of homelessness.
You will work with parents to set SMART goals across education, employment, family stability and wellness, conduct assessments, coordinate with educators and community partners, and offer ongoing follow-up and home visits.
