Eliot Community Service Agency (CSA) seeks a compassionate Family Partner to support youths with behavioral health needs and their families. You will collaborate with the CSA team to align services with ICP goals, advocate for resources, and coach families to access community supports.
The ideal candidate is a experienced parent or caregiver, with strong communication and advocacy skills. A valid driver’s license and bilingual abilities may qualify for a pay increase. Full-time, on-site in MA.
