• Collaborate on a geographically diverse agile team to develop complex systems and software from user stories and technical specifications.
• Solve business problems and drive outcomes with innovative solutions; help deliver best‑in‑class claims experiences.
• Document and build deployment guides to maintain robust, relevant software.
• Translate customer requirements into technical applications and support new software implementation.
• Work with the USRM team of scrum masters, product owners, and fellow engineers to ensure quality and adapt legacy technologies to next‑generation applications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance, quality and efficiency.

• Minimum three years of software engineering experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Agile engineering capabilities and design‑thinking mindset.
• Collaboration, adaptability, flexibility, ability to manage time and prioritize work in a globally distributed team.
• Well‑developed oral and written communication skills for explaining decisions to non‑engineers.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools in software development, including integration, monitoring and optimization.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and RESTful services.
• Experience with Guidewire Claim Center a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
