They spend millions just to accept payments, suffer from fraud, and gain zero competitive advantage. We help them by providing a payment method that dramatically reduces their costs, fraud, and overhead. As a merchant, getting paid should be simple and fair.
The engineering team brings the mission of Part3 to life. To achieve that mission, Engineers are involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle: idea generation, user interviews, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration. Engineers drive the technical vision for how Part3 moves money and provides a superior payment experience. This role spans the stack, from the core financial APIs to financial integrations and user-facing front-end components.
Engineers work on projects that span technologies, systems, and processes where new code is designed, tested, and shipped every day. They work across functions and collaborate directly with customers.
You will:
Work with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end.
Build new features for internal and external users.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts product, design, infrastructure, and operations.
Help define and lead the technical roadmap for Money Movement.
Create highly reliable and accurate systems that power the payment rails and money movement aspects of Part
3.
Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from system design, data modeling, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.
Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
QualificationsThis role may be a fit for you if:
Have ideally 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products.
Enjoy being a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.
Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
You are self-driven and highly motivated to deliver top-tier solutions with minimal guidance.
You are able to adapt quickly to changes in business requirements and work in an agile environment.
Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.
Have solid experience in architecting and designing large-scale and complex systems that delivered critical impact to a well-known business.
You are passionate about building user interfaces that enable users to solve their problems.
Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
Payment experience is a plus but not a requirement.
