As an Member of Technical Staff on the Platform team you’ll build and ship the core systems behind Hike’s AI healthcare platform. As the backbone of Hike's high-growth, mission-driven platform, you’ll design scalable services, implement production AI, and deliver user experiences that improve patient outcomes. From day one, you’ll have real autonomy and clear impact on transforming the US healthcare system.

What You'll Work On:

• Architect, build, and optimize high-performance, scalable systems that power AI-driven solutions.
• Develop developer-friendly APIs and SDKs that enable seamless integration across platforms.
• Build and refine high-speed data processing pipelines that drive clinical-grade AI insights.

• AWS & Type Script Experience – Comfortable coding in this domain with some experience in AWS but muscle memory in Typescript.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend systems that power real-time, AI-driven applications.
• Solid experience in building React applications powered by Node backends.
